HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, visited Kuwait to convey his condolences to the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, following the passing of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
During the visit, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed his sympathies to the late Amir's family and extended well-wishes to Sheikh Meshal in leading Kuwait's progress. Prince Salman acknowledged Sheikh Nawaf's contributions to Arab and Islamic causes, Gulf cooperation, and Kuwait's development.
Highlighting the commitment of the late Amir and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in strengthening Bahrain-Kuwait relations, Prince Salman was joined by a delegation including Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister, Sheikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, and Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad expressed appreciation for the condolences from Prince Salman and the accompanying delegation.
